card can been writen but cant seen by receiver

hi guys!!
have a gamma and the strange is i can write the card with any program like gammaloader emk sataid i can see the os but on emk when i reset it so i can see the hsn and the prov i there is nothing down there.....
and the same when i put it back to my dream(phoenix)the bulb that the phoenix has in not workin so the card cant be readen....
whats wrong with that card??
any help?

if it was written when you reset the cart you will see irdeto atr
