MTV Unlimited not working with UW184

I cannot get the MTV and VH1 channels from 19.2E to work under UW184 even after replacing the DATA.BIN file with the file from UW182.

The channels work under UW182 and UW183 with this DATA.BIN file so I am using UW183 for the time being.

Perhaps the problem could be fixed for future versions of UW.
