Parabole Reunion

Hi Group,
Is there any soft or keys available for parabole reunion on Eutelsat W2?
As a matter of interest I programmed a via 2 GW card with files I found on the web but my receiver finds no ATR or detects no card-do you need a certain cam for these files to work?
I have dragon D - 2200 with embedded dragon cam-should this work?

hey!!! I'm in Antananarivo Madagascar, using Parabole réunion, and Canal sat reunion, still no issues for those providers, 009f and 0021d00, already 01 year and half of black screen could someone help us
