Fransat card (5West) and Diablo WIFI

I would like to know if I can share my Fransat card for the French package on A/bird on 5 West?

At the moment the card is inserted in the Simba HD receiver it came in.I would like to share it via the Diablo WIFI I am using with my Topfield HSCI 7700.
What are the settings for doing so?
I have tried the card with the Diablo WIFI (U/W 184 + latest BIN) but I could not get a picture with any of the Fransat channels HD or SD.
