i put files that works for same carte. i load 8 cerebro cards from the first files i putt in the forum, so you right only bullshit this is sure don't try to fu** me. you are longer in this forum but this is only bullshit.

Hi all together,
i have a smal problem with the decryption of the ISH/KD (tividi) Channels.
If I use to old files from 17.06.2006 it is possible to look Tividi and Arrivo (Premiere doesn't work (clearly ) but if i use the files from 01.08.2006 it is the opposite (premiere does and Tividi and arrivo doesn't). I think with the files from 04.07.2006 it was also impossible to look Tividi.
what do i wrong

some facts:
- Cerebro Card with Bios 01.01 and
ATR: 3B EC 00 00 40 38 43 45 52 45 42 52 4F 20 A0 0C 01 01
- newest files from 01.08.2006 (0384dz flashed with Armageddon 1.06)
- DBox 2 @ Linux (Keywelt-Image)

Sadly I can not help you much with Tvidi or Arroivo as I have no way to decrypt them (i.e. A Cable Box), But Aren't those like the same thing as Kable Deutschland?

I can confirm that the Newest Files (01.08.2006), do in fact work with both Premiere and KDH 100% (19.2°e & 23.5°e),.

Did you try rescanning your Cablebox?!
If not I'd say it's about time you did.
It looks like Premiere has undergone some changes recently and it could be that your Tvidi and Arrivo Ch's., got moved to make way for the new Arena Package.

I can tell you know that at the moment there is no longer any Premiere 5, 6 or 7, and Premiere Sport Portal News is also gotten the Boot!
So rescaning the channels might clear this matter up for you...

Hi,

I can confirm from testing, that the newest c-files do not work with ISH/tividi but do work with PW. This has been stated in other boards (like d.f.a.) as well and verified by many users. So, at this time, there is no Cerebro File which is 100% working for users with ISH/Tividi AND PW.

It has nothing to do with receiver/box settings. Workaround for using both is having two c-cards, one with older files for ISH/tividi (around 31.07.) and the newest for PW.

Much fun of course for those selling those little thingis ...



Btw, there were older files (some weeks ago) which where working with both providers (German cable).

So the question is: why not both keys in one file this time? Different suppliers? Other reasons?

As both Premiere and Kable Deutschland are in fact working over the Air. (i.e. By Satellite)

It might sound messed up but, have you tryed useing any of the CZ Files?!
As long as you have a Dbox it shouldn't matter.
As you can use Satelite Cards on Cable, as well.
It could well be that Team-Cerebro took a few Shortcuts this Month, and allas the Cerebro wasn't really ment for the Cable Market I think.
Which it not to say that it doesn't work there.

Ok if what you're saying is correct then it wouldn't be Two Keys (Premiere & KDH),.
But Three (Premiere, KDH & ISH/issy ~Tvdi~),.

Three keys to my understanding. The newest files simply lack the keys needed to decrypt ISH tividi German cable provider.

Some clarifications first about the German cable situation as of now:

1) ISH is a German cable provider for some well populated German areas like NRW. Their cable content package is called Tividi (a diversity of national and international channels plus some pay-per-views called Arrivo) and Arena (German Bundesliga/Sports package). The company is owned by Unity Media, who also hold the rights for delivering German Bundesliga.

IESY is another daughter of Unity Media in other German areas but using Tividi&Arena as well. So Unity holds a big part of the German cable usership.

2) Kabel Deutschland ist a German cable provider in other areas of Germany, most of you know them via satellite as well. They are independant from ISH and via contract are showing Arena channels via Premiere packages using their cable network. This is possible, because Premiere has a newly signed contract for showing Arena channels in the network of KD. They have their well known KDG channel packages and 'Premiere' packages but of course no 'Tividi'. They are present in many areas but not at the same time with ISH (so they are not available in NRW cable, when the customer is an ISH customer) or IESY.

3) Premiere as most of you certainly know is a TV content provider, who, via contract, uses ISH, Kabel Deutschland and other local providers + satellite feeds for delivering their programs to the viewers.

It might sound messed up but, have you tryed useing any of the CZ Files?!

I will try and report back, but some quick testing showed, what has been stated by others and me in this thread:

Premiere=OK with new files, ISH broken with new files, KDG cannot be testet here (I have ISH as a provider). It was stated elsewere that KDG + PW are working.

So, to sum it up: there were files in the past, which opened up the ISH tividi packages (up to 2006-07-29!!), the KDG packages and the Premiere packages with one Cerebro card!

The actual situation is, that you need two cards or CS to use ISH tividi and Premiere with one D-Box 2 in German cable to view both ... because the ISH key is not included.

It would be nice, if the files were fixed to do what they did in the past for the vast majority of German cable users which are KD packages, ISH packages and PW packages or if somebody could provide us with already working files for the three above.

Well the way I see it.
You have at least a few options.
1) Wait for the next update and, hope Cerebro will have corrected this oversight.
2) Look into getting either the Didem or Daytona, after getting some comforamtion that either of those Cards will work.
Or 2b get a Diablo CAM!

Since you have a Cable Dbox2 I'd soppose that option 2b would be of no use to you.
Sadly since the only Cable Box I ever had (or my Dad has), is a Dbox1, and as such (W/the original Thin-Blue CAM), I can not gain access to the Tvdi Channels One way or other.
By the Time I buy an Amon CAM and have it converted I could have likely got a Dbox2 (Cable), for around about that Price used at the local Satuday Flea-Market here in Frankfurt.

So I can not comment on Tvdi one way or other. Given how Arena pans out. (it's looking like it might fly over Astra after all!!)
I'm not holding my breath on it actually doing so.
As it has been pointed out that Arena is bigger then "Arena Home", and allthough a Konferenzschaltung might appeal for some People.
I prefer to watch a match in it's entirety.

So I might have to look into investing in a few of these Boxes in short time...
