DM 500 & Disecq switch

What is the right way to install a dm 500 using a disecq swith. The setup is as follows. 1 dish with hotbird & astra and another dish with astra2. Any help appreciated.

Hi

Use a simple tuner config
Settings>services scan>tuner setting>clic OK>mode config choose SIMPLE>config mode choose diseq A/B
Port A astra or Hbird
Port B Hbird or Astra
Use diseq voltage & 22Khz choose yes
Send diseq to change sat choose yes

Thanks for your reply. My problem is that I have two dishes, one with Hotbird & Astra and the other one with ASTRA 28.2. If I enter the wrong port for the disecq all the channels disappear.

Ok you need a four way diseq switch (4 in/1 out)
A lot of combinations is possible only $$$

Don't forget cutting dreams power before disconnect wirring
When you bought it then select tuner mode A/B/C/D diseq on your dream.
The order may be Hbird (1in), astra 19.2 (2in) astra 28 (3in)

When dream settings is ok go to one Hbird channel & test it.
No picture try another lnb to first enter
Hbird is right now!
select an Astra19.2 channel & repeat once again with second in lnb.
When Hbird & Astra 19.2 ok repeat for third in with astra 28.

Do you need a second/third out for other future receivers ? Make the good choice.
