Gamma Card Nova Update - New

nova gr & cy "works" fine with the follwing gam file. loader 1.1 gamma os ver.1.4 . dreambox > t-rex > gammacard. (cy tv ch. au on a zeta blue cam not on t-rex).tested.

You insist that the file is working for everybody, but I'm not so sure.

I have one gamma card in the internal slot of a DM 800 with cccam and one in a phoenix reader to the serial port in a DM 7020 with gbox. Both were working perfectly until last week with the old .gam file of Feb 2007. Then, like a lot of other gamma cards in various boxes and readers, the cards went black. Other posters reported this, also in the Greek section. We uploaded the 16-10-2008 .gam file and it only decoded nova cy channels, not nova gr. It's not just mine, other cards as well. The cards were left to AU many hours in the readers, but with no results.

Other cards, like yours, are still working. A guy posted in this thread, that he has two gamma cards, one is still working and the other not.

As I said, this is strange. That's why I think that nova is testing key tables etc, to lock out the gamma cards. Maybe next week, your card will not be working and mine will be OK...or maybe everybody will be OK, who knows?

I mean, there are a lot of providers that gamma was opening in the past but not anymore. What happened to these? Maybe the time has come that gamma will no longer decode nova...

Does anyone have a file that works with Lumiere TV (LTV, Cyprus) ?
I can't get this channel and Alfa.

I had a problem with ATR just after writing the card three times. I used the ATR Repair Kit and after 4 days it was OK. I wrote the file 2008.11.30 with loader 1.0, and both sports and cinema (gr and cy) works fine here in my Vantage 7100 HD :) I had to use a newer fw on the stb to let it read the card properly.

that's the problem...i have one working card,the and one no....with any file,still problem....no greek,no movies ,no sport......cyprus ok all

Of course you´ll be able to get all sport & Novacinema chls if
you rescan the transponders they´re on and choose thy Cy "version"
of them.

We have "only" lost chls like ET1-3, Alpha and other commecial
greek chls.

but file 16-10-08 not open for me hellas only cyprus so i did file 17-11-08 and i have hellas channels!
ps:u must do the 3-4-08 first to get the card work again if it is blocket!!!

Παιδιά υπάρχει καλύτερη λύση. Ακολουθήστε τα πιο κάτω βήματα:

• Χρησιμοποιώντας το ΕΜΚ κάνετε reset την κάρτα 2 φορές.
• Φορτώστε το αρχείο 16/10/2008.
• Τοποθετήστε στο receiver σας την κάρτα και βάλτε το στο Alpha TV Cyprus και περιμένετε μερικά δευτερόλεπτα. Μόλις ανοίξει το κανάλι κλείστε receiver.
• Αφαιρεστε την κάρτα και φορτώστε το αρχείο 17/11/2008 χωρίς να κάνετε reset την κάρτα.
• Τοποθετήστε στο receiver σας την κάρτα και βάλτε το στο NovaSports1. Περιμένετε μερικά δευτερόλεπτα.
• Απολάυστε το NOVA Greece και NOVA Cyprus.
