I have the same Medion Receiver (Opentel ODS 3000CI) I have to say it now runs really good I just have to do one more thing -> Changing Elektrolytic Capacitors,refresheing the Thermal Paste under the Voltage Regulators and soldering in a Optical Sound Output.
