    How can get Art & pahla on humax 5400

    Can anybody help me
    I having Humax 5400 with hot 10.4
    I am trying to get art & Pahla on it but i am unable to open some channel. I did same first i sent Hot 10.4 & then i sentkey bin by Samsung DSR 9500 Studio 1.3. but some of channel not oppening in humax 5400, any body having any Idea of it, Please help me & solve my problem.
