i have a big problem on my starsat 4000d; it begin white & black screem
help me (je ne sait comment sans le flasher , mon starsat a perdu ses couleur a l ecran tv il n y a plus que du noir et blanc ; si qq un opeut m aider ce sera sympa

Hi heudebert,

check first signal level on dsr and set up on tv screen, then if both are ok;
check full plug-in for all backward connectors:
sometimes starsat connectors are not very good, if you are usualy using the "peritel" connector, try to replace for rca triple coaxial audio-video connector.

il faut changer le quartz 27mh du demo 100/100
