Tiger z460 blue screen

Hi everyone and happy new year !!
I am new to this forum, glad i found it, i have a tiger z460 receiver that has a blue screen and NO longer working !! i have read somewhere on the internet to download something and press OK 8 times on the remote !!! Can you please help me on this !!! Thank you and have a good day .
