Solution to fix partial read ISO in N2Edit

I have spent last night trying to figure out why my ISO would only read my card partially in N2Edit, the card would not unlock and came up failed to read card, i tried nagramaster to unlock and was succesfull. When working with N2edit i did get a message a few times that said
" cast from string "6/25/2005 10:00:00PM" to type "data" is not valid "
I reinstalled 2.58 and reinstalled the net.framework without any success.
I was about to reinstall windows when i noticed something strange. My fiance is from Ukraine and the windows clock had mysteriously changed to Ukrainian time with the military format (aaaaargh) (aaaaargh) . I changed the clock setting back to North American time and bingo ...... everything is working fine. :) :)
