Vu+ Duo2 - RC Remote Control lag / unresponding

My new Vu+ Duo2 is not working / responding normally with the original Remote Control Unit.
It seems to have a lag or unresponding when I select channels or everythings else.

I have tried to change the code 1 - 2 - 3 and the time out in the pluggin Remote Controle but no solving my problem.
I have updated the VFD Firmware and switch off and on the eco energy on my plasma Samsung but no solving.

Is anybody have a solution to give me please ?

Finaly I solved the problem my self after a lot of researches,
It was my TV Plasma who is perturbing the Infra Red signal of the Vu+ receiver.
I have sticked a little black plastic film in front of the LED Infra Red to reduce the signal and it's working fine.

I also have such a problem, remote control does not work well in vuduo2. my tv is samsung smart TV ???

My TV is not a Smart TV. Therefore it is Samsung Plasma 42'' (2006 years old) and not a LCD system and I think it can perturbing the Infra Red signal of the VuDuo2.

Now I changed recently my old Plasma TV 2006 by a new LCD Samsung Smart TV and now is working fine even without my black plastic film I sticked on the VuDuo2.
