SR X-220 CI problem

Hello everybody

i have a srx-220 ci . every time that i go to a TPS channel the receiver blocks and i have to restart it manually and move fast to another channel or it happens again. i have tried to go to preset setting but it is the same.

any suggestions?

where is the latest software for the STAR SAT X-220 or 190 coz there is no channel working like FRANCE 2 or M6 or Multivision channel all are closed

multivison are deleted from hotbird
and TPS are Down and no new patch find to decrypt this canal at this moment
