How to put keys in Starsat SR-X3100CU Super?

Hello :)

You can go to this site :

www.satdw.com

chooose the right software for 3100cu super and then you can find the keys at :

menu = installation = input code

or you can get the right loder and download the latest softcam ( it's much easier than editing the keys manualy )

After update my receiver is show on led "LOADd" and screen to TV only black.
I try to Update one more time but cannot Because message this.

Any ideas to give me instructions to fix it??.Please.!!...

don't worry .......
1st : turn off the reviever ( from back )
2nd : open the simple loader
3rd : press start and wait 10 seconds
4th : turn the reciever on ( from back )
and the download will start .........

Help My Starsat is everything BLACK.No menu,no channels,no led.

Update receiver with this file ,and to 99% percent hi show me word on lcd
Save & End.After this all black.
Please any help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
