Dreambox 500s

please help i have dreambox 500s was working fine but now when i put the power up nothing comes except red light at the back its not booting up at all any help is appreciated, thanks.

thanks m8 i tried using dreamup 1_3_3_3
Disconnected all cables from dreambox, including the power
Connected the null modem cable to the dreambox and to PC
Loaded Dreamup.exe Click Connect, it says connection prepared
now pu power up, so when i plug the power in nothing hapens, is there anything i'm doing wrong, cheers.

maybe you have not selected the right COM port.
