HELLP firmware (sw_v-1.3.7)

HI friends,
I upgrade my ecolink with this firm(sw_v-1.3.7) date 12-12-08.But (tps & ab-sat) on (hotbird 13e) are not running on my ali-b. So, please tell me what is the problem with my box or this firmware is not working on hotbird (13e) for tps & ab-sat.
