Echolink EL-3020 IR SUPER

Hi,
I recently updated my receiver using Alimupg52 and bin file, with success.
However when I tried to update a few days ago using the same cable and PC I get the message: 'Target not connect or is error status'.
I tried 2 different cables with the same result. I also tried a different PC with same result. There is nothing wrong with the COM Port settings as these have not been changed. I even used version 4 of Alimupg with same result. In desperation I reset my receiver settings to Factory Default but I am still getting the same error message.
Any advise on what the next step should be, or what may be wrong?

Iam in the same situation with my stb at the moment did you thre problem solved and what was the solution? I have tried ever think you did to no avail hope you dont mind and you can help me.
