What they meen is change the setings in your Phoenix put another one of your cards in(that you have bought with your hard earned cash) and turn that into an ice scraper!!! Use a tried and tested file. A file that you write in the normal way I.E enable phoenix, 6mhz, open file, connect and update,sit back and enjoy. End of story.
