pb with dreambox and remote control

Hi everybody!
i have a pb with a dreambox 800 HD (clone) not responding to remote control
i tried the remote with a DM500 and the dream responded perfectly
i'm forced to use the remote web control for simple thinks like select channel....
is there a way to fix it?
i tried many images...no way
second stage loader version 069

and i don't know if there is a link between the two but i can't install any version of barry allen....

i need svp expert advice .

Did you try new batteries?

Yes we need to know how you can solved this trouble for knowledges.

Remenber

Some Remote control get a "TV" button, anyone can push it accidently but you can NOT drive your dream because RC drive "TV"...
Have a look & seing witch one is lightning "TV" or "Dream".
TV!!! push dream button once then test it
