ART and Showtime not UPDATING??HELP

I have starsat X5300CU super and abracadabra card!!I am trying for 4 days but my card is not updating!Wen I press info the CW is saying 00 00 00 00 00 00 and using smartcard!What is wrong wid my reciever?ANy helps??I insert the abracadabra card and then update it!THX

flash your receiver with 30-11-2008 sw and wait for uodating the card
thenflash with latest sw it will work
be sure menu 2020 enabeled
