The picture freezes on my DM

I have a serious problem with my Dreambox, I watch Digiturk channels on Eutelsat W3 7.

On SNR and AGC it is 85% and BER is 0

SNR 85%, the maximum signal control I can get.

But the picture freezes and then the image running again after 0.5-1 min. and so keep it on so continuously. The signal is just as same when the picture freezes.

I have a cardsharing, also connected to a server outside and there are a PC store here in Sweden who offer this and I have contact them they said the satellite is from far away and I wonder how the satellite can be long becuase Digiturk sends to Europe http://www.lyngsat-maps.com/maps/ew3a_eurb.html

There is running ccam 2.1.1

How can I fix this problem? or what is the problem?

Hi

To get more signal, buy a bigger new dish & select a good LNB.

Freez troubles are only from internet (Wifi bad, other internet user at the same time bad, peering like émule bad...)

Try to scan internet stranglers...

I don't think it depends on my dish becuase FTA channels as are available on Digiturk, like whole TRT channels and SkyTürk works perfect and picture is stable but when I change to the other card channel then the picture freezing.


Do you think it could be wrong with their server that they have low internet speed, or there are too many customers to be charged to a one server?

I have 100 Mbit/s connectivity.

Yes I think so (try 2:00 to 5:00 am... usually low charge)
I have 100 Mbit/s connectivity.

I don't know if you're using Gbox or cccam but you can trace all activity to your dreambox by using specifc application.
Gbox = Gbox control center but I don't know for cccam

I have try it like you said at 2:00 to 5:00 am... and it was usually low charge not same at day.

I use cccam cccam 2.0.11, can you find for ccam please?
