appended OSCAM svn519 (for those where bad ecm have with skyIT Smargo in!)

Not working, oscam needs 3.43 mhz frequency for white sky ita cards to work. 6Mhz = not working (not surprised)

Please fix/add 3.43Mhz to oscam

Thank you for adding 3.43Mhz into oscam, but still I get

error activating card -10

whereas for sometomes i get an ATR : reads fine, no picture...

I start Scam3.55 or 3.56 straight picture, instant OK, smargo fixed at 3.43 mhz. same with CCcam 2 1 3 (no picture offcourse) but in debug mode card reading fine.
nds card found (new type)

So what's going wrong with the init string of oscam ?
