Blue Message screen on Sky Italy channels...

Hi,

I've an humax 5400 old type with last toh firmware 11.3a
I've a question for all Italian people or users that know Sky italy bouquet.

When I try to go on one sky channel, on tv appear a blue message screen with ok button inside a strange characters and after that sometimes the decoder freeze and the only button that work is power off.
I think that is for a NDS encryption,but I think that isn't a good operation mode.

My question is:

there are settings to resolve this problem with sky Italy channels?
