I could not complete the Image ..... Tested promised Images and I could not

big problem with dm500HD means it is last series bad and crack all after 1 hour of function,i have change 3 dm500hd all bad

Mine new one stops responding on remote control after 2 hours and I have to switch it off/on so I can change programme, volume or so.
Does anybody else has the same problem?
