Actually the 208 fw has the same bugs as 206. I do not feel any development. UW 204 was the last and the best working fw!

Hi, can you tell me what are the bugs you are observing so I can decide if its worth upgrading ... I am using the Diablo as a WIFI and in 205 it did not clear the Dutch channels in addition to others it does not clear ...
First of all 208/Wi Fi or ipnosys/ opens French TNT SAT on Astra 19.2E/.that thr difference.
The thing is that all HD channels are freezing with FW 206 (if the module is in the slot!). If you disconnect the CAM, everything is OK. I have written about this here in the forum before time. Exactly the same anomaly has FW 208. No such problem with 204 and lower.Originally Posted by monyj

I have precisely WiFi cam. I can't say anything about Technomate but my Vantage HD combo receiver declines to work with 206 and 208 fw. Watching SD programs no problems, everything work super and CS works well! Seems that FW-s higher from 206 do not "like" Viaccess cards inserted into card-reader (if to pull them out - again OK). The 208 memo writes that "Viaccess bugs are fixed" but in fact they aren't fixed.
