Hello, it is my first post. I have an original Nova card and the xcruiser xdsr pro. I 'm trying to make it read the irdeto card of nova but it doesn't work. But when I go to the card menu it is showing it. I can watch the free channels but it can't read my nova card. What should I do? Thanks.

Check the attached cccam.conf file and replace the information with yours it should work

Hello, I am confused with this receiver (xcruiser xdsr pro). I upgraded to version 2.77 and it could read my Nova (greece) card. Then I recorded on a 2gb fat32 usb. Then I plugged in a formatted ext2 750gb hdd via usb dock. Something like this (http://www.madshrimps.be/vbulletin/a...lipboard01.jpg) Then it shows it as 698gb but I can't record. I press the button rec but it doesn't work. Now I can't either record on the usb either it is fat32 or ext2. The same happens with the hdd (fat32 or ext2 format). I reseted to factory defaults and nothing happens again... What should I do?

Now that I 've reseted to the factory defaults I can't watch scrambled nova channels (even if the irdeto card is shown on the decoder)

when you press REC key what does it show on Screen ? any Error or Insert a PVR Device ?

Follow this steps and let us know the result

Upgrade your Software again even if it's Updated already !!
then Connect your HDD and Format it from Receiver " Menu => PVR Setup => HDD Format(E2FS)
once it's formated press Red key to apply and Exit

XDSR PRO can Support FAT32 if your USB is less then 4gb if it's more then 4gb then you have to format it to ext2 then only you can use large storage device

First of all thanks for your answer. When you say to upgrade we are talking only for the 2.77 version because I don't know how to upgrade bloader. Bloader is version 1.2.

I did as you told me and now it worked!! It worked only on an 8 gb usb which is formatted in fat32. Look at the pic

Now I finally maged to do it. The 1st time I left it format it it took forever. Now it formatted correctly the hdd. The key to procceed is the RED button. I didn't use to press it but now it was recognised and finally worked! Cool.

Now about the encrypted channels of Nova...

I have the nova irdeto card. What should I do to make the encrypted channels work again? Please help, I don't know how to do it!

Yes sir, everything is OK. Now my final test will be to schedule a record. Most of the times I get a blue icon when I try to set how many minutes I want the rec to be, and when I record when I try to tell to the decoded to stop recording in 5 minutes it has the same blue icon. I 'll try to do it again and upload a screenshot.
