You have a Titanium 1.06 card. That cannot be converted to Cerebro.

Exactly. The card version is shown in the ATR.
The Titanium 1 card were based on AT90SC3232c you need one of the AT90SC6464c cards to convert.
Read the information in my "Toolkit V6 for AT90sc Smartcards".
However, this has now been updated with the addition of Opos 1.05 and Cerebro 1.01.

Well the only other public OS for 3232c I know of is Titanium 1.03
