From my Best knowledge no..... but I think they stopped broadcasting in dre anyway

one of my peer have this provider as a local and i do not knew if it is a real working card or a fake .

why don't you test it then?
if you do not know how - I think then it makes no difference if the card is local or fake :)

P.S
as I said .....there is no broadcast in DRE on Hotbird and they stopped Broadcasting in DRE on 9e as well....... so do you think it can open any channel if it is not even broadcasting in that encryption? :)

1 - originally it is via 2.5 TPS card ...this card is very unlikely to be alive and to be present on cardsharing.... probably there are very few cards left alive at all, because I believe most of them been changed ages ago
2 but there are plenty of 500:022610 Omnia (dragon) cards.... so with bigger probability this card is Omnia Card
3 form my best knowledge this cards does not work even in Oscam to Oscam because provider changed not only ECM length ...... but but some part of algo as well (because of omnia)

more then 90% faking locals
some faking it in clever way and it's really difficult to find it ( you need to know how that particular card works)
but most faking in very silly way.... so you can spot it straight way
most of faker coming outside of EU area, that's why I stopped sharing with the rest of countries.....
and for sure VPS servers faking more then others
you will be really lucky to pick one peer out out ten... my personal statistics even worse maybe one peer out of 20

i am outside of europe , i had cards wich died and i never used them one day after they end , when i give my stat i only say what i have i do not understand such as practice .
