    How do I update my box, as it was originally chipped by a retailer when I bought it, now they have closed down and the box only has a limited no of channels, I tried updating it via a rs232 to usb cable, but cannot get anything showing up on my desktop screen, the cable is works perfectly.

    Attachments from before 17th April will not work till recovered them from our old server.
