Open a key file
if not exist add a viaccess provider named 032820
then add the key which you need, for example 0E
and insert the key (example: B10E2276555C127361818CE2B9F1E7D4)

Well, some programs still work, mostly MTV and such. What I noticed is, that provider id 032820 is gone for other channels, only 032920 and 032940 show up on the list, that's why this isn't working anymore ( I guess ) I rescanned the channels a couple of times and still nothing. So if the correct PID isn't loading then vPlug can't open the channel
